Your original image - Simply supply your photo as a digital file. We accept jpeg, tiff, eps, pdf and bmp. Images can be sent by email or post or by this enquiry form.
Upload your image NOW - Attach your image here with our enquiry form, fill in the details and at the same time you can select your prefered canvas type and frame size. The enquiry form will help us give you the perfect canvas. Images should be no larger than 10MB.
Sending images by email - Images should be no larger than 10MB. Attach your image to your email and send it to us at: info@citysigns.co.uk Please put your full name in the subject line. Images should be no larger than 10MB.
Sending images by post - Please send your file on a CD to us at: CitySigns, Unit 1 Pope Iron Road, Barbourne, Worcester, WR1 3HB. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for damage or loss that occurs in transit.
Selecting your image - If we are suppling images for you or if you have chosen to purchase a bespoke design, your artwork will be emailed as a pdf file for apporoval. Or if you prefer, we can send you a printed copy in the post.
On receiving your image - We will check the quality of the image and that it is suitable for the size canvas you have chosen. We will then email you a pdf proof or post a printed copy for approval prior to printing.
Production time - Your artwork is unique so please allow 15 working days from artwork approval to delivery.
Payment - We accept all major credit/debit cards and cheques. Please make cheques payable to 'CitySigns'. All canvases must be paid for in full prior to dispatch unless you are a business customer of CitySIgns.

All our canvases are finished with a hanging rope as standard and can be supplied in three different frame thicknesses: 20mm, 30mm and 40mm. We supply our canvases on two different materials, a textured cotton or a heavily textured textile canvas with an acrylic face.
