CitySigns is based at 2,700 sq ft premises at Ball Mill Top Business Park - home of the latest print technology.

It's a far cry from our founder Horace Wilkins's small signwriting workshop at the back of a city centre cinema, set up in 1960.

Horace's skill and dedication to quality signage inspired the company's growth and development and established CitySigns as a leading name across the Midlands.

In 2003, Horace passed the day to day running of the business to two of his children, Darren and Deanne, who are now joint partners.

They have continued to modernise the business whilst maintaining the high standards of quality, professionalism and customer service set by Horace and his wife, Marilyn.

Ongoing growth and the introduction of new technology has prompted CitySigns to move several times in its history and, in 2010, the company took over a two storey unit at Ball Mill Top.

Our new HQ boasts state-of-the-art printing equipment, a showroom, two digital print rooms, design studios, a clean application area and space for delivery and collection values.

This year, we have invested £85,000 in the Gerber CAT UV Printer, a revolutionary and environmentally printer from the USA.
